The Battle of the Books is a reading incentive program in elementary, middle and high schools across the country. Any sixth grader who loves to read and talk about what they read is invited to join! Students read ten assigned books on their own, then meet weekly to discuss what they've read. In April, they compete in a school-level battle to answer questions about the books. The top five scorers at Aspen Creek (in each grade) go on to compete at the District Level Battle in May, where schools across BVSD will compete for the championship!
